Honest feedback beats a wall of testimonials we wrote ourselves
Plenty of moving companies fill a page like this with glowing paragraphs and no last names attached. We'd rather not. Aggie Movers Company is owned and run by Wailan Watsonand the only reviews worth your time are the ones real customers typed out themselves — on Google, on social media, or in the messages we get after a move wraps up. So this page does two things: it tells you exactly what to look for when you read reviews of any mover in the Brazos Valley, and it shows you where to leave your own.
If you're comparing movers right now, read the three-star reviews first. Five-star reviews tell you a company had a good day. Three-star reviews tell you how a company behaves when a sofa doesn't clear a stairwell or a closing date slides. That's the part that actually affects you.
The five things we ask you to grade us on
When you write about us, please be specific. Vague praise helps nobody — and vague complaints don't help us fix anything. Here's the scorecard we'd hand you if we could:
- The quote versus the invoice. Did the number you were told match the number you paid? If it didn't, say so plainly.
- Communication before the truck arrived. Was it easy to reach a human, get questions answered and confirm the plan?
- Care with your things. How were the awkward items handled — the dresser with the mirror, the glass tabletop, the box marked FRAGILE that you didn't trust anyone with?
- The crew themselves. On time, on task, respectful of your floors and your neighbors' driveway?
- What happened afterward. If something needed sorting out, did we own it and sort it out, or did we go quiet?
Those five lines are how we judge our own work. If we fall short on any of them, we want it in writing where other people can see it — that's what keeps a moving company honest.
How to leave a review (and what to do if something went wrong)
Search Aggie Movers Company on Google and leave your star rating and a few sentences there — it's the listing most people in College Station and Bryan check first. Mention the type of move (apartment, house, office, long-haul to Houston or Dallas) and the month, because that detail is what makes a review useful to the next reader.
If your move didn't go the way you expected, please come to us before you come to the internet — not instead of it. Tell us what happened, give us a chance to make it right, and then review us honestly either way. We'd much rather read a fair two-star review we earned than wonder why a customer never called back. Owner Wailan Watson reads what comes in, and complaints don't get routed to a call center somewhere else.
From College Station dorm rooms to cross-Texas hauls
Reviews from one town don't always tell you much about another. Our work ranges from student moves around campus and household moves across Bryan to loading a truck in Navasota on Monday and unloading it in San Antonio on Tuesday — so look for feedback that resembles your own move. We cover 24 service areas: College Station, Millican, Bryan, Snook, Iola, Anderson, Somerville, Navasota, Roans Prairie, Washington, Lyons, Mumford, Caldwell, North Zulch, Bedias, Wheelock, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Hearne, Brenham, Madisonville and Rockdale.
Already read enough and want numbers for your own move? Talk it through with us and we'll walk you through what your move involves, what it should cost and who'd be on the crew. Call Aggie Movers Company at (979) 764-2928
