Question 1

How far ahead should I book my move?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can, especially in College Station during lease turnover and the start of the semester. Those weeks fill up fast. For smaller jobs and weekday moves, there's usually more flexibility — get in touch and we'll tell you what's open.

Question 2

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

Accepted Answer

For apartments, dorm rooms and most small to mid-size homes, yes — tell us the size, the addresses, the stairs and the big items and we can quote it. For large houses and office relocations we'd rather look at the space first so the number holds up.

Question 3

Do you move pianos and other heavy specialty items?

Accepted Answer

We do. Mention it when you first contact us so we can send the right number of movers and the right equipment. Surprising a crew with a piano on moving day is how things get damaged.

Question 4

Will you move me out of state or across Texas?

Accepted Answer

We handle long-distance work to Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio along with the Brazos Valley towns. If your destination is further out, ask — we'll let you know honestly whether we can take it on.

Question 5

Do you handle packing, or do I need to pack myself?

Accepted Answer

Either way works. Some customers box everything up and just want muscle and a truck; others hand us the whole job. Tell us which you want when you reach out so the quote reflects it.

Question 6

What if my moving date changes?

Accepted Answer

Let us know as soon as you find out. Dates slip all the time with closings and leases, and we'd much rather reshuffle in advance than have a crew show up to a house that isn't ready.
